Miso soup – topped with wakame, tofu, and spring onion
edamame – steamed green beans with sea salt
Gyoza – Japanese steamed dumplings filled with spiced minced beef (FAVOURITE)
3) Sushi

Makisushi

hosomaki (small roles with one ingredient) – kappa, takuwan, tekka, sake, surimi
uramaki California, salmon, Philadelphia
Nigirisushi – rice ball covered by sashimi fish.

For the Japanese food lovers, we have created this unique and full of content course. You will learn how to prepare the most representative Japanse starters, prove yourself how easy and fun it can be. As a final touch, our chef will guide you on the kind of sushi that exist, you will be able to practise them with the supervision and tips from an expert. And the best of all, you will sit down to eat your own creation, and obviously the leftovers you can bring them home to share with your friends and family.
