Jaroslav Kratochvil

Jaroslav has been working for over 12 years in the gastronomy sector specialized in Japanese cuisine. He learned at the Japanese master at Mashanna where he worked for some time. He also applied experience in Japanese restaurants across the country. At the moment he is engaged in the preparation of courses and the promotion of authentic Japanese cuisine.
Jaroslav is also offering catering for the Japanese Chamber of Industry and Trade.
