"Cook with love"

Vašek’s childhood dream was to work in gastronomy but both of his college-educated parents obviously wanted to him to follow their footsteps and pursue a more academic path. In the second year of secondary school he took the first step in pursuing his dream and started an apprenticeship at Alcron Radisson SAS, one of the finest restaurants in Prague.  After completing school he got a job as a commis chef at the newly opened restaurant Divinis, which then developed into the position of Chef de Partie.

Vašek conducts our Argentinian, Italian, Fish and Steaks classes.
