In 2013, I came to the Czech Republic and created the EL ROMERO project, which is dedicated to the promotion of Spanish gastronomy through many channels:
I do catering services, weddings, cooking classes at Czech cooking schools, cooking shows, cultural events, private dinners, etc.
My cuisine is based on Spanish and Mediterranean tradition (healthy, varied and tasty) and my specialty is PAELLA, authentic and high quality.
