Javi was born in Colombia and lives in Prague for more than ten years. He is passionate for good food and always keen to create new dishes. Javi worked in different gastronomy projects that led him to become chef at Latino and Asian restaurants. He specialises in Latin American food such as Peruvian, Brazilian Caribbean and Colombian, however he is also great in Asian Cuisine
