Learn to make authentic Indian dishes that are perfect for the warmer weather using local seasonal produce. Start with making the classic Indian summer lemonade Nimbu Paani with a twist followed by a street food favourite of spiced corn salad with various toppings and chutney. For main course, learn to make a light vegetable korma with seasonal vegetables and mint, and a Punjabi chicken curry in aromaticly spiced coriander, green chilli and yoghurt sauce.
Sofia started her Prague career at the British Council and Angel Cafe. Angel Restaurant, which became one of the top modern Asian restaurant. British-born and of Irish-Malaysian heritage, she is one of the few female chefs in Prague. Prior to The Sexy Curry Company, executive chef of Le Patio Restaurant.
