If You like Italian cuisine, but you are tired of tomato sauces and "classic" spaghetti, then this course is just for you! Together, we will focus on not very traditional Italian dishes such as Involininini di melanzane and show a different type of pasta besides penne and spaghetti.  Come and enjoy and evening full of delicious aromas and quality ingredients.
