Martin Skoda's 10th ANNIVERSARY COOKBOOK RELEASE

It has been exactly 10 years since Martin Skoda being the youngest author in the Czech Republic published his first cookbook called  "It's a shame not to cook" Martin's cookbook full of great recipes became a big hit on the Czech scene and won a number of awards (including international ones such as the 3rd best debut cookbook in the world at the Gourmet World CookBook Awards in Paris. As a tribute of the dishes that Martin prepared for the book,  in this course we will cook a special menu including the most liked recipes from Martin's first release.  We will prepare the special scrambled eggs that Martin mixed at the Jan Kraus' Show. An excellent homemade pasta and the lime cheesecake that Martin's grandma loved.
