Ramen Noodle Soup is a very popular street food dish and Japan. In the last several years it has become very popular in the West with Ramen bars popping everywhere. There are many different types of ramen dishes including regional styles. This class is a combination of demo, talk and hands-on preparation of your own ramen bowls. Sofia will go through the basics of ramen bowl preparation from the broth, toppings and flavourings so you can prepare superior ramen at home.

Thai, Indian Sofia started her Prague career at the British Council and Angel Cafe. Angel Restaurant, which became one of the top modern Asian restaurant.
